A virtual office is a business address at a real branch, with the mail and the calls handled for you, without the cost of renting a desk.

Use a White Spaces branch address on your CR, invoices and correspondence.

It fits new companies, remote teams and businesses opening in a second city. Every plan includes the business address and mail handling. The Standard plan adds meeting room credits and an Ejar contract, and the Premium plan adds more meeting room hours, a local phone number and a virtual receptionist.

Before you sign anything

Questions to ask any virtual office provider.

A virtual office is easy to sell and hard to inspect. These are the questions that tell you what you are actually buying. Ask them everywhere you are shopping, us included. Here is how we answer.

    Can I walk the actual floor before I sign?

    Why it matters

    A virtual office is still a real address. If you cannot stand in the lobby, you are buying a PDF.

    Yes. The launch address, HQ Tower in Jeddah, is a working White Spaces branch, not a room rented for the launch. Message us and we will arrange a visit before you commit to anything.

    Is the address a staffed branch, or a mailbox with a logo on it?

    Why it matters

    Ask who runs the building, how long they have been doing it, and where else they operate. An operator with its own branches and a broker with a mail slot are not the same purchase.

    A low number on a page can quietly belong to a much longer contract than the one you want. Always read the price and the term together.

    Every price we publish is either the 6-month price or the 12-month price, labelled as such on the plan. Those are the only two terms we sell.

    What is the minimum commitment you actually sell?

    Plans change. A shorter term costs a little more per month and saves you from paying for months you no longer need.

    How will I know mail arrived, and how do I get it?

    Why it matters

    Mail that sits in a drawer until you happen to ask is not mail handling. Ask for the notification and the collection route, both.

    Mail handling is included on all three plans. We confirm how you are notified and whether you collect or have it forwarded with the branch team before you sign, so it is agreed rather than assumed.

    Exit terms are the part nobody reads and everybody needs. Ask for them in writing before you pay, not after.

Everything below is background reading for anyone comparing virtual office options in Jeddah or anywhere else in Saudi Arabia. It is written to help you decide, including the parts where another provider may suit you better.

What a virtual office in Saudi Arabia actually includes

A virtual office is not a smaller office. It is a business presence you rent without renting a desk: a real address in a real building, a staffed reception behind it, and the handful of services that make that address usable day to day. For most Saudi small and medium businesses it comes down to four practical things. Someone receives your mail and tells you it arrived. Your company answers on a local phone number instead of a founder's personal mobile. There is a professional place to sit when a client wants to meet. And your invoices, your website and your printed material all point to one address, in the same city as the customers you are selling to.

The other half of the decision is knowing what a virtual office is not. It is not permanent desk space, and it is not a shortcut around any registration or licensing requirement. Whether a given address works for your company depends on the branch, the agreement and the rules that apply to your activity, so our team goes through that with you before anything is signed rather than after.

How to read virtual office prices in Saudi Arabia

Virtual office price in Saudi Arabia is quoted per month almost everywhere, which is exactly why monthly figures are so easy to misread. A month only means something next to the contract term attached to it. The same monthly figure locked in for two years and the same figure offered for six months are not the same product, and they are not the same risk. Before you compare any two providers, line up three numbers: the monthly rate, the minimum term, and whether VAT is included.

Ours are set out in full above and there is nothing hiding behind them. Prices are per month, exclude VAT, and the full term is billed up front. Only two terms exist. There is no rolling monthly option, and on every plan the 6-month term carries a small monthly premium over the 12-month one, which is the plain cost of committing for less time.

Which plan fits your company

The feature matrix above is the definitive list, so this is only about who each tier is for. The Basic plan suits a company that needs an address a customer or a supplier can look up and take seriously, and not a room: an online retailer, a consultancy run from home, a Gulf company testing whether Saudi Arabia is a market worth staffing. The Standard plan suits a company that wants its paperwork settled with an Ejar-registered contract for the business address, with an hour a week of meeting room time for the client who wants to sit down. The Premium plan suits teams that meet people most weeks and whose customers call them: twice the meeting room hours, plus a local phone number and a virtual receptionist, so nobody has to print a personal mobile number on a quotation.

Two add-ons will sit alongside the plans at launch: document archive, and standalone mail forwarding for companies that want the mail service without the rest. How much does a White Spaces virtual office cost?

The Basic plan is 500 SAR / month on a 12-month term, or 585 SAR / month on a 6-month term. The Standard plan is 850 SAR / month on 12 months, or 935 SAR / month on 6 months. The Premium plan is 1,500 SAR / month on 12 months, or 1,585 SAR / month on 6 months. All prices exclude VAT and are billed for the full term up front.

Is VAT included in these prices?

No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. VAT is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.

Do I pay monthly, or for the whole term?

Prices are shown per month so you can compare plans, but the term is billed up front: six months or twelve months in one payment. There is no rolling monthly option.

What is the minimum term?

Six months. We sell two terms only, 6 months and 12 months, on all three plans, and the 6-month term is priced and published like any other plan.

Why does the 6-month term cost more per month?

A shorter commitment carries a small monthly premium. Both prices are published for every plan, so you can weigh the flexibility against the difference yourself before you talk to anyone.

What happens when my term ends, or if I want to cancel?

End-of-term, renewal and cancellation conditions are set out in your agreement, including what happens to mail after the term. Because we are still pre-launch, nothing is committed yet: message us and we will send you the current terms in writing before you sign anything.

Can I use this address on my Commercial Registration?

Use a White Spaces branch address on your CR, invoices and correspondence. If your registration or licensing situation needs more than that, send us the details and we will give you a straight answer rather than a guess.

What documents do you need from me?

The exact list depends on your company type and the branch, so we confirm it with you directly instead of publishing a list that may not fit your case. Tell us on WhatsApp what you are registering and we will send the requirements before you commit to anything.

Can a foreign company without a Saudi entity apply?

We would rather answer this case by case than publish a rule that turns out not to fit yours. Send us your setup, the country your company is registered in and what you need the address for, and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
